Thailand on Sunday reported five new coronavirus cases, all among returnees already in quarantine.
The Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration said two female hotel employees, ages 26 and 29, an a 53-year old man all returned from Oman on Aug. 17 and tested positive without symptoms in state quarantine in Chonburi on Aug. 21.
The fourth case is a maid, 41, back from India on Aug. 8 who tested positive in Bangkok quarantine on Aug. 21. The last is a woman, 45, returned from England on Aug. 10 and tested positive in Chonburi quarantine on Aug. 21.
Cumulative infections to date are 3,395, with 3,221 recoveries and 58 deaths.
